The program is designed by Coach Shane Miller. Shane has been a strength & conditioning and fitness coach for over 16 years. He has helped hundreds of people achieve health and fitness goals.
Each training session includes:
- Instruction for proper technique
- Mobility work to repair, restore, and prevent injury
- Strength training to build strength and tone muscle
- High intensity conditioning to sweat, burn calories, and improve fitness
