Gameday Elite Performance (Youth)

Gameday Elite Performance is an athletic development strength & conditioning program for youth athletes. The program is effective for reducing chance of injury and improving performance of all sports (not just baseball) by focusing on improvement in all 10 athletic domains:

SPEED | STRENGTH | POWER | CARDIO ENDURANCE | STAMINA | AGILITY | BALANCE | FLEXIBILITY | COORDINATION | ACCURACY

The program is designed by Coach Shane Miller. Shane has been a speed-strength & conditioning coach for over 16 years. He has helped hundreds of athletes find the edge they need to compete at the highest level.

Each training session includes:

  • Instruction for proper technique
  • Mobility work to repair, restore, and prevent injury
  • Speed-strength training to build explosive power
  • High intensity conditioning to elevate overall fitness to compete
